Eu Sou Um Oceano Negro was selected as part of the France-Brazil Season 2025, a bilateral initiative launched by Presidents Macron and Lula to foster cultural exchange and address shared political, social, and environmental concerns, and thus strengthen cultural ties. The Season runs from April to December 2025 in both countries.

Eu Sou Um Oceano Negro already has multiple partners and sponsors from Brazil and France. These partners will also promote the event through their platforms and social media, engaging various media outlets in Brazil, including press, TV, and radio.
